How do I book?
Book directly on our front page ("Home") or e-mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I book by phone?
We do not accept bookings over the phone.
Where is your office / reception?
All administration is done online since we do not have a staffed reception. You can always reach us via e-mail. Staying guests have access to our (direct) contact numbers. You receive our contact info on the arrival day via SMS and our contact info is readily available in the accommodation.
What is the minimum amount of days I can rent accommodation?
Rooms: min 2 days. Apartment (Studio): min 3 days. Occationally 1 nights stay is available. Search availability on our front page ("Home") or e-mail us.
I want to book a stay with arrival today.
E-mail us. In our booking sheet (front page) you can book up until 1 day before arrival day.
How far ahead can I book accommodation?
We accept bookings the earliest 3 months ahead of the arrival date.

LOG IN to pay by Card
Go to LOG-IN in the top menu. Follow the instructions. Same procedure as steps 1 - 6. No PayPal-account required.
PayPal verifies that the payment is done in a secure manner for both parties. No PayPal-account required. Your payment is registered automatically in our booking system.
PAY TO THE STAFF
Card or Cash (SEK).
Available: 12:00 - 19:00 (pm).
Decide time with us:
Decide a time for payment with us in advance. Our staff comes to your accommodation at the agreed time. Inform us if you wish to pay by Card or Cash (SEK).
Payment must be done on the arrival day or on the 2nd day of the stay. No payments on departure day.
1 nights stay paid in advance:
Staying only 1 night? Payment must be done in good time before arrival.
INVOICE - Company / Business
Only available for companies / businesses
Leave complete invoice details when booking. Please note: payment via invoice has to be agreed by us. We retain the right to decline payment by invoice.
Cancellation must be done the latest 18:00 the day before your arrival.
Cancel via home page
Go to LOG-IN. The 5-digit booking code is in your booking confirmation if you have booked via our homepage. Booking.com guests: request the code from us.
Once you are Loged-In: click on "Cancel this reservation". Then "Close window".
Automatic confirmation of your cancellation by email.
Booked via Booking.com? Please remember to cancel your booking on Booking.com.
Cancel the latest 18:00 day before your arrival day to get a full refund. If you do not cancel in time or do not show up, we keep the amount for the 1st night.
Note: If you have used a Promotion code for discount, there is no refund.

Can I Check-In before 15:00?
Generally; no. The Check-In times are adjusted so that the previous guest has time to departure and we have time to prepare the accommodation for your arrival.
Where do I collect the keys?
On arrival day you receive Check-In info via SMS. It contains everything you need to access your accommodation (address, our contact numbers etc).
When do I get the Check-In info (SMS)?
It is sent on arrival day in good time before you arrive. Our system verifies that the SMS (alt. e-mail) has reached you. If the SMS has not reached you we will contact you. It is important to us that your Check-In goes smoothly.
CHECK-IN - Directions to the accommodation
Train from Copenhagen Airport (CPH) / Copenhagen:
Exit at train station 'Triangeln'
Go out through the 'North exit' (Norra uppgången)
Go straight ahead until you reach the 'Triangeltorget' (Triangeln square). Takes about 2 - 3 min to walk. There is a large fountain & sculpture on the square.
Follow the instructions in the Check-In (SMS).
Airport Coaches from Malmo Airport:
Exit at buss station 'Triangeln'

Do you offer parking?
No, but there is public parking on the streets around and near the accommodation. Several indoor parking houses nearby. Ask us if you need advice.

Note: Check the parking signs carefully. Some streets have 'street cleaning' on the 13th or 14th each month. Cityroom is not responsible for changes or discrepancies.
Parking House / Indoor Parking
Triangelgaraget offers indoor parking. Fee per hour / day. Good option for whole-day parking.
Is it only me that has access to the room / apartment I rent?
Yes. Only you have access to the room or apartment (studio) you rent. It is always private.
Do you serve breakfast / food / drinks?
No. Several cafés just around the corner serve breakfast. Or you can buy food at one of the grocery (food) stores nearby and prepare it in the kitchen.
Are pets allowed?
Can I invite in friends into the accommodation?
No. For security reasons only booked and confirmed guests are allowed in the accommodation.
Is the accommodation handicap adapted?
Can 2 persons sleep in one bed?
No. Each guest must rent a bed. Small children (0 - 3 years old) can sleep in their parents bed (optional) or you can rent a Baby's Crib.
Can I come and look at the accommodation before I book?
No, but we are happy to send pictures and other information if you require it.
It says I have to leave the accommodation in a 'clean' state. What does that mean?
Throw your garbage in the bins, wash your dishes and collect your belongings from kitchen / bathroom. Put the furniture back in place, turn down all lights and make sure the windows are secured (hasped). Thank you!
Do you offer daily cleaning, roomservice or other services?
No. Our concept is self-contained accommodation. This is why you have access to kitchen / kitchenette for self-catering. Guests staying longer than 14 days get new bed linen & towels along with light cleaning of the accommodation, very 14th day (in agreement with us).
What does "fully equipped" kitchen / kitchenette mean?
All kitchens / kitchenettes are equipped with cooking wear so that you can prepare och eat food. Example: cutlary, glasses / mugs, plates, cooking wear, pots, pans, coffee maker, water kettle etc.
Normal sized standard kitchen with stove / gas stove, large fridge & freezer, work bench for food preparation, microwave oven etc.
Small kitchen. Few cooking plates / small stove. No oven. Small fridge and limited space for food preparation. Coffee maker and water kettle is always available. No microwave oven.
Are you a hotel or hostel?
We are a family company who has offered accommodation to both business- & vacation travelers in Malmo city centre since 2002. We have hostel-prices, but since we do not have a staffed reception we are not a 'traditional hostel'. Our vision is to offer cheap and comfortable accommodation in Malmo city centre, always with access to fully equipped kitchen / kitchenettes for self-catering.
